Used Expidite Precision Works to develop a product for medical manufacturing, by using their expertise on Micro Machining capabilities utilize the best process for the fabrication of our products. Their pricing and lead-times are longer, but they have a great repetition for producing high quality products that out ways the delivery schedule and it does improve once they have made the parts a few times. At times we rely on Quality Department for our FAI, material certs, and COCs, so we can ensure the parts get through our own internal quality department requirements'. They are a great vendor to work with, always willing to go the extra distance.

Needs to improve: limited on the type of machining - better at micro machining capabilities, which is there forte

My start up uses Expedite Precision Works for micro-machining in our medical devices. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and has a high degree of attention to detail. They are completely open to tailoring solutions to the exact specification of our device needs. We have never had an issue with the quality of the end product they produced. Our only major issue has been that turn around time can lag significantly and delivery deadlines can be missed. We would recommend them for their high quality work, but be prepared to time manage.

Although I don't use them directly but our company does order assembly parts to be able to build our products. They have great quality products that lives up to specs and very reliable that makes our product a very top of the line product as well. While we're a smaller firm we're treated the same if not better than some of larger competitors.

Expedite does good work when it comes to micro-machining. They have been on time with deliveries and have a responsive staff. We had a billing fro and they were fast to correct the error. Some services can be expensive but that is expected when tight tolerances are in play.
