We currently use their ESD safe hand tools in our rework department and our assembly line. They are a necessary tool to have on hand ecspecially if your going to be performing rework services, upgrades or just simple maintenance of your devices that have ESD sensitive parts that could become damaged without the proper precautions.

Strengths: They provide us with our ESD safe tool sets. Great pricing and excellent customer service.

Needs to improve: Not much to complain about. These tools are a necessity for our techs.

While working on a machine came across some stripped screws, the company has some tools that we use to remove them without damage to machine or the threads so that we can replace with new screw.

Strengths: This company has wonderful tools and products, our company uses them on a daily work schedule. Our job focus on quality and performance. Without these tools to help perform work our production will not sustain.

We have a wide variety of their ESD tools which we use on a daily basis. They've actually saved me from a serious hospital tip. I accidentally cut a power cord that was connected to our power outlet and if they handles on the diagonal cutters weren't ESD safe, I probably would've been rushed to the hospital. If that's not reliable, I don't know what is!

I use their esd hand tools everday at work and they are very good durable and reliable. The quality of these tools is very high and can be used for a years without getting damaged. They are also very light in weight wich makes them easy to hold and grip during a long workday.

We use many of their ESD safe hand tools for repairs in the lab. their hand drivers are extremely durable I use them to remove stripped screws often and they never let me down. their tools are also ESD safe which makes our circuit boards safe when we use the tools around them.

High quality tools that keep our production team efficient and constantly producing. The ESD Safety tools are designed well for ergonomics. Customer service is great as the staff is full of insight and industry knowledge. Ordering is quick and easy and lead times are reliable. Will continue to support and happy to refer.

R&D engineers as well as mfg engineers order hand tools from GTM often. They seem to last a long time and never have bad deliveries. These are quality hand tools and at very good prices. These tools aid in new product development and mfg processes.

Using hand drivers to remove stripped screws often is never safer with safe hand tools from their company. when help is needed the GTM Customer service is great as the staff is knowledgeable in the industry. also its quick and easy to place an order everytime we need to. service is definitely reliable

We ordered a couple of esd safe hand tool sets. These things are used on a daily in our rework department for repair work. We use the more compact set so their easy to maneuver in tight places .

My work buys large quantities of ESD tools from General tools mfg. I use them to assemble our dialysis machines. They work really good. Plus its esd safe so it'll definitely protect from any damages that would cause our electronics to fail during the testing process.

We currently use general tools mfg. for building our medical devices at my work. They have a wide selection of ESD safe hand tools that work great on our dialysis machines. Very easy to use and gets the job done under TAC time.

The ESD Safety Tools has soft handles and feel good in the hand. The smallest tool has a good sized handle and I don't have to struggled to hold it while I use it, as I do with other kits.

General Tools makes affordable tools and measurement equipment. I have used their measurement extensively throughout my career including their rulers, protractors, feeler Gage's, and thread gages. Everything I've used has lasted the test of time in a lab environment.
