We use their heat guns to calibrate the cycler's temperature settings. They come in two speeds, one that melts off your hand, and one that takes 15 minutes to increase the plate by 10○C. A few of us have accidentally burned our hand on the metal nose as well. R&D needed to know how many Volts were used in the low and high settings respectively and couldn't find it printed on the gun anywhere. While it does get the job done, I believe there are high quality heat guns elsewhere.

Document Control goes through Recall to store our vast amount of controlled documents and Device History Records. We've been relying on them for a couple decades now, and still feel entirely protected by them. The employees are nice and ready to work with you at a moments notice.

We have a few of Holmes fans near our workbenches. They're weak and don't offer a wide range of motion. I wish I had a different one.

We go through Boker's for our Front Panel display brackets. They're always premium quality, but sometimes our screws get jammed in the holes they provide. Not often enough to say shop somewhere else though

Our R&D department recently designed a new power supply and went through Electro Mfg. for transformers. The ETR passed with 0 failures, partially due to the high quality products we received from Electro. They're reliable for transformers.

We get a lot of blank circuit boards from them. Never had an issue before, clearly good at what they do

Hammermill paper is our primary paper vendor. They have every size, shape and color you can need in a manufacturing/office setting. I wouldn't go anywhere else

We use their automated shrink wrapper in our warehouse. Its a recent addition that we purchased last August. This thing is great, it saves so much time and effort. In the past, it would take an individual up to 5 minutes to properly wrap some of our stacked pallets. The automated machine does the job for us in a fraction of the time, and hasn't had any malfunctions yet. Great product

Last year we switched up our tubing routes and sizes and sent Zeus a handful of requests and necessities. They came up with a design that used 20% less tubing and cut costs by a proportional amount. Very thankful. .

We bought a sample bunch of LCD screens from these guys and weren't very pleased. They failed our engineering ETR because too many went dim too fast.

We bought a forklift from these guys for our warehouse a few months back. It's one of our smaller ones, and its already broken down twice. Once required our engineering team to take a look.

We only use their amplifiers for our circuit assemblies. They're alright, the only reason we haven't replaced them yet is because they haven't been damaged or broken. I've personally used better ones in the past.

They have a very large catalog with a lot of products you may never need. I feel like the mark-up is a bit high as well. Regardless, we still sift through their catalog when we're having trouble finding a particular component.

We have these in about 5-7 locations just in our production department alone. They're as easy to notice as a fire extinguisher due to their bright white color scheme, and they're mounted on the wall at eye level. They're a bit small, however, and I do notice that there a few supplies we don't put in the cabinets strictly for space reasons. It would be great if we had enough room for finger braces and/or wrist braces, which have been some of our most recent injuries. Getting quick support to injured muscles/joints/bones can really make all the different in the long run.

Occasionally we'll run a DN or CN regarding a particular aspect of our device. Most of the time we need to outsource some testing, as well as test in-house. Zonare provides us with great results that we typically verify in-house. Hands down a reliable company.

All I can say is,"Wow". These guys really know what they're doing. They adhere to our strict FDA regulations regarding traceabliity and our corporate quality demands. On top of that, they work hard to meet deadlines before the due date, and consistently provide us with phenomenal results. A+

Occasionally we don't have the time/room/resources to stress test all of our prototype designs. When that happens, we typically go through Medical Device Testings Svcs because they get the job done in a timely manner and don't make any mistakes with their paperwork. In 5 years we've never had a single problem.

We've been bringing a few products into our new building and so our R&D department has needed a few different lab tools over the recent months. Some of our local vendors didn't carry what we need, so we placed a couple orders with The Lab Mart because they have a lot of the more uncommon equipment. Just wish the delivery time and shipping costs weren't so high

These guys are great for any electronic components you might need. They have a huge inventory to select from and operate in CA. We've been ordering parts from them for a while now and I'm happy we found them when we did
