Hill-Rom supplies high quality adjustable hospitable beds used by most facilities in the industry. Great customization, reliable and surprisingly resilient. Customer service is quick to respond and address any concerns. Lead times could be better as while orders are received quickly, the actual turnaround time varies. Pricing could be better but you definitely get what you pay for.

The hospital that I worked for many years ago used Hill-Rom products. Their beds have many options and can be adjusted to just any position. The company delivered the products ready to use and have knowledgeable staff to get your staff trained on the use of the beds. These beds are expensive!

customer service and delivery personnel are nice and easy to talk to, but slow to deliver the beds.
