we use this company to do medical translation to our pts at our pharmacy when there is a language barrier. we have a number call and ask for a medical specialist and in which language. the person they provide is well versed in that field and can provided the proper translation which is great and important in the pharmacy/healthcare field

We contracted Language Weaver to assist us with our negotiations with an out of the area manufacturer. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and their services didn't impact the flow of our talks. They even received praised from our counterparts. Great customer service, level of client attention and ultimately, results. Will contract again.

Strengths: We've had to use the Language Weaver Translation for customers in the pharmacy. The patients understand and we're able to better serve them.
Needs to improve: Sometimes it is difficult to explain what needs to be said to the patient to the translator.
Generally great translation service that I would recommend. Pricing is also reasonable.
