Loctite always has great customer service. I don't have many issues with the product so customer service isn't always an issue.

Strengths: Used the automotive adhesives for general mechanical and maintenance work. Loctite is the go-to brand adhesive especially for sensitive bolts and screws that are required to be secure. Lot of the race cars that are serviced we use loctite on for security and safety. A trusted brand that ACTUALLY works.

Needs to improve: Nothing I can think for the actual corporation.

Our company has used Loctite Corp for many of our products such as locker threading to medical grade adhesives and they always do exactly what they are supposed to do. We use loctite in our sub assemblies. We use the loctite on the screws and we use the 242. It gives it a good hold but can break apart after its been in the field and back for repairs.

This is what we use in my work place to fix and connect broken components such as small electronic parts. It is just a matter of seconds for my broken materials to be fixed. Fast acting adhesives. Product could be bigger for more volume but not really an issue. Other than that, great product.

Exceptional products with excellent customer service.

Strengths: They are the standard for all bonding processes I have been a part of. Their technical datasheets also help determine whether their adhesives will work with our product requirements. They have all sort of bonding types to bond anything (ie. plastic to metal, metal to metal, plastic to plastic). Cure times are fast and tensile strengths are high. I highly recommend using their adhesives.

THe supplier of top quality adhesives and sealants. We purchase both heat cure by ovens and aire cure. The heat cure seems to have a stronger bond for some applications. The adhesives are always reliable and we never have issues wwith this supplier. The customer service group is strong.
