Mc Master Carr is a great place to get what metal stock and fasteners you might need.

Strengths: Mc Master Carr carries a huge catalog of metal rod stock, threaded stock, screws, nuts, bolts, etc. They are very fast with delivery and the pricing is good.

Needs to improve: With so many items, it can be hard to find what you want. The website probably doesn't have enough figures to show you what you are ordering.

These guys are awesome. They have so much stuff, but everything is easy to find and if you can't find it their sales team will point you to the right direction. We get raw materials and safety items from them. They're always fast and courteous. We like our relationship with them and will continue to work with them for many years.

Wires,tubings,etc. they give us the highest quality they can get to meet our spectation and never failed on doing that. Highly knowlegeble on their products gives you alot of info and suggestions and also they have selections about your shipping process with a reasonable price.

We order from these guys a lot, they supply us with our pressure regulators, transducers and switches that are used in our dialysis machines. They have great pricing and an extensive catalog plus they have an easy online ordering service. One of our best vendors.

We accidentally ordered the wrong size plastic tubing for a project. I contacted customer service and he helped me select a product that would work. I then shipped back the tubing that didn't work for us. Not only did they refund the purchase, they also refunded us the cost of shipping! That's going above and beyond to take care of a customer.

Best customer service and deliver your order on time. If there is a problem with the product they delivered, they will replace it right away without even waiting for you to ship the defect product first.

I wanted to purchase an o-ring once and I was still evaluating whether that particular o-ring would work in my application. Hearing my needs, McMaster offered me a free sample for evaluation purposes. Great customer service.
