We use McMaster-Carr to buy screws to assemble our handheld scanners at my manufacturing company.
Strengths: Fast shipping of supplies when you need it right away.
Needs to improve: Not the lowest price around.

Strengths: Great supply and very fast shipping. Offer certified instrumentation. Very competitive prices.
Needs to improve: Minimal quality control for off-the-shelf parts and tolerance ranges can be large.
