There are other more competitively priced registrars but customer service is where they are lacking. Quality firm, great staff and efficient. Will continue to use.

Strengths: I registered our primary website through them. The registration process is smooth and seamless, no issues and I didn't even have to make phone call, all electronic.
Needs to improve: Haven't had any issues yet. The automated billing could give a notice every year like bluehost does.
