There hasn't been too much interaction but they've been alright for the most part.

Strengths: For the price they do an alright job. They clean the carpet as they're supposed to but nothing exceptional. Sometimes we feel that they have have missed a spot but nothing major.

Needs to improve: Rarely we'll run into the cleaners but when we do we try to say hello. Unfortunately they'll nod and go about their business. It's hard to communicate what we'd like done in certain areas when the communication isn't there.

we have an account with Newell to clean our pharmacy and surround areas including waiting room three times a year. we have a lot of foot traffic and with spills here and there, newell does a good job. they're reliable, the cleaning does the job and its good if you are looking for commercial cleaning. They are accommodating with the times on which they can do the cleaning as well.

A great company that does good quality work, they always leave our carpets and upholstery super clean, and smelling good! Competitive fees, accurate quotes, and they get the job done fast, very efficient, and they never get in your way.. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

they do a good job overall. not overly satisfied, but not entirely disappointed. right about in the middle

Needs to improve: the workers can't speak english well. sometimes the workers take longer than they should. will have to knit pick occasionally

We contracted Newell in the past to clean our facilities and were happy with the results. They were quick, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Customer service was easy to reach as they provided accurate estimates and accommodated our schedule. Quality work and solid team.
