I could talk to any sale person what I needed for my company product sterilization process. They tried their best for quick turn around service.
Strengths: Good customer service. Quick turn around. Very knowledgeable and helpful sale department.
Needs to improve: A little over price for quick turn around service.
They were excellent at handling rush orders, when we needed them the most.
Strengths: - Excellent rush services with excellent ability to maintain traceability.

Located in the Bay Area, they have provided exceptional service for e-beam sterilization. Plus, it's nice to have the option to drive the product over and not wait for UPS or FedEx to deliver the pallet.

Good sterilization supplier with fairly fast turn around. They are local to us, so pick-up and drop off is very convenient. They helped us figure out our parameters and to perform the sterilization validation.

Fast and Responsive. Offer a 4 hour, 24hr and standard sterilization turn. Keeping your sterilization parameters simple is better. Try to avoid box turns for consistent results.
