I have used them to supply manufacturing aids such as mandrels, hypotubes with various profiles. Their ability to even make these were impressive and I have worked with them at most of the companies I have been.
They were easy to work with and highly recommend them in the future.

I was working on one project that we use Precision Wire to grinding a small wire to point, cut to 0.05" LG and form a pig tails at the end. It's difficult to come up the the automation process. But Precision Wire teams made it. They are very helpful to develop on the new process/components.

Precision is one of the vendors that we turn to for our spring needs. We currently order our 1 inch springs from them for our hydrolic assemblies for our medical device. Always a good product never any issues. We also get great pricing because of the fact we order in bulk.

In addition to being able to do a variety of components, in my previous company they acted as our OEM for full guidewire manufacturing. Whenever we had quality issues with the guidewires, they were willing to work with us to resolve them.

I have used PWC extensively, and they have worked with me to quickly deliver wire components to my (sometimes demanding) specifications. I often pay the expedite fee and get my parts in a week. They do wind over mandrel, so their capabilities do have some limitations.

They're hypotubes and mandrels have very little variation from each lot to lot which is great when you need products to be almost the exact same thing for all your uses. They are really great quality and great to use.

i have used pwc for both mandrels and hypotubes. their lot to lot variation is little and the components have consistently met specifications. for one component, it is centerless ground and it’s worked well, without issues.

PWC has been a reliable go to source for custom wire components, simple or complex. They have provided bare or teflon coated wires as well centerless grinded wires.

We use a lot of their guide wires at my work. Very strong high quality wires. We order large quantities at a time and I must say excellent service when it comes to getting your parts on time. Mainly used for our medical devices.

I used them for custom PTFE coated wire with number of diameters and flexibility requirements. All the parts were to spec and on time, could not be happier. Just remember that happiness does not come cheap.

I've used PWC for Straightened SS Corewires, PTFE coated core wires, Custom wound coils and coil/wire combinations. Quality is good, They have a rapid build program for fast turns of smaller qty's.
