Survey Monkey Dot Com

We have used Survey Monkey for several different purposes in my current place of employment. From polling for where to go for a company celebration, assessing morale, or gaining anonymous feedback regarding potential paths our group will take. We've also used it to survey physicians on a more informal basis regarding their thoughts about a recent meeting.

Strengths: Easy to use interface. A no-nonsense way to survey physicians and in-house personnel.

Needs to improve: The name is a little unprofessional. That's my personal opinion, though. Otherwise, no issues.

we use survey monkey for all of our survey/polls/data collection among the different mgrs we have in different locations. the user interface is so easy to use, it is clear, not convoluted and works with any system. we usually use this software to collect survey data and because we have so many locations with mgrs scattered, it allows us to collect data despite the location factor. i highly recommend this for all businesses and even personal use

We use survey monkey often to ensure our users are satisfied with our work product. Every bit of data feedback is helpful regardless of how poor or how critical. We've been using survey monkey for years and can't emphasize how valuable it is. Great customer service, quality management and support staff and accurate data. The ability to customize is really helpful so we can tailor our product updates accordingly.

Exceptional product

Strengths: Great little survey application to obtain custom opinion surveys. We use them at work all the time. Granted, success of the survey is based upon the questions, but the ease of the application makes writing surveys really easy. Their compilation metrics are great for statistical analysis. You can have a great tool to check survey validity. The base application is really inexpensive and add ons are not too bad either.

Needs to improve: None. Really fun to work with

SurveyMonkey.com is a Greta online service which enables you to create, distribute, and analyze surveys. We have used the, in the past to collect additional feedback on employee surveys to better understand issues impacting morale. I great service to collect anonymous, candid feedback.
