We've had a great experience with TelRepCo customer service department. They offered sound advice without having us go over budget. They even gave us a "tester" laptop to see if we liked the portability and durability. I would highly recommend TelRepCo!

Strengths: TelRepCo offers some of the best tough notebooks out there on the planet. We've purchased a couple of these notebook computers for our field engineers and they have withstood the test of time. Customer service account representatives were very helpful in recommending them based on our field of work.

Needs to improve: Prices can be a bit high.

When looking for a vendor for your ruggedized computer, find one like TelRepCo that also has an authorized repair shop
