Terminex

Okay service. Might not be able to manage a larger facility such as ours.

Strengths: We use Terminex for our huge medical device manufacture facility. Its a big name pest control service, so they SHOULD be providing top quality service, especially for the products we manufacture. We have pest control boxes every 40ft along the perimeter of the building, inside and out.

Needs to improve: I have complained about a black widows nest by our dock to the Terminex guy. He said he would check it out, but he never did (since I am not the facilities personnel). For something as poisonous as a Black Widow Spider, I assumed he would of taken care of it.

At a previous firm, we used to Terminex to ensure the building was free of insects and rodents. They did a very good job, like clock work they were their every month to service the building. The exterminators were very through, polite and hard working. We never had any problems. Their rates were very competitive.

Strengths: Terminex provides full service commercial insect and rodent control services. Good customer service, courteous staff and diligent workers.

Needs to improve: None

We contract Terminex to ensure tat our clean room facilities and general office space remain free from potential contaminants. They are always quick to answer our calls, address our issues and follow up to make sure there have been no resurgences. Quality professionals, great customer service and competitive rates keep us a happy client.

We use them at our facility. They come once a month and do their check in the traps and they also spray. Great company with a quality service. Great customer service.

We recently moved into a larger building in concord which had been empty for a few months. Terminex came in and placed a few pest boxes near doors and common "hot spots". Within a few days there were no more pests.

We use these guys to keep or building free from all the pests. Working in a medical device manurfacturing facility we need to keep the floors and machines free of and type of infestation. They do a great job at that

We use this service for our facilities. We need to be very concerned about bugs with a cleanroom manufacturing area. They do a good job, and we really do not see any bugs in our building..

Terminex is a local provider of pest control services for our company. Terminex comes thought every couple weeks to check traps and other pest control devices in our warehouse.

Terminex is good some things, less eager and capable at others.

Strengths: Terminex does the standard treatments, but is reluctant to go the extra mile

Needs to improve: not willing to do more than required to ensure they get the job done

Use Terminex for pest control in the warehouse. If we have a problem, give them a call and they show up!

They maintain and kept the rodents and bugs under control at our facility. A must have unless you rats eating your products.
