We ordered a few patent plaques to award to some of our engineers who were listed as inventors for patents obtained by our company. The plaques are merely commemorative, but it gives a nice look and feel to inventors to reward them for their hard work and show something for it. USPC does a good job of making nice looking products fitting to give as an award.
