overall our experience has been really good ,they have excellent customer service .The shipment came fast and we were very happy with that we use springs on daily basis in our facility and when we needed them this is where we came and we are glad we did because they are a must have for our machines and devices ,they really get the job done for us and our customers have not had any issues there for we have not had any issues ,we will be back .

ViaMed was very helpful in the development of our braided nitinol device. When other vendors were unwilling to run a variety of sub-minimum quantity runs, ViaMed agreed to run a whole matrix of braid for us with varying parameters (pic count, wire size, number of wires, etc.) so that we could determine what combination would allow the device to work. Without their cooperation, we would have spent 5X the cost and it would have taken 3X the time. The team at ViaMed really understands the needs of the little company and make a great partner.

we place orders with Viamed Corp on a regular basis for their coils and guide wires. we install their coils and guide wires onto our pump assemblies on a daily basis and they are extremely durable and rarely give us and our machines any problems. their guide wires are very reliable as well and have passed all of our stress tests on a regular basis.
