We have used VitaNeedle needles and tubes for years for our assembly line. They have many sizes off the shelf to choose from and they can make custom sizes if you need them. Their staff is very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. They have great customer service and always willing to spend the extra time to make sure you get all your questions answered. We purchase the hypo tube from VistaNeedle for our Finish Device and for production tooling to shape set the Nitinol wires. Nice customer service and easy to order from the website with standard tubing without cutting to length (Standard 5 FTLG). Custom tubing size cut to length it's take a bit longer. But Vista Needle offer deburr and electropolishing (EP) service that is a big help for use without worry to deburr tubing prior to use.

it is helpful that vitaneedle offers additional processing as well, so i don’t have to look for a second vendor for machining or perform additional steps after the component comes through the door. they can cut hypotubes to length, deburr then, and also perform grinding. the only catch is that the delivery time extends from 1-2 weeks to 4+ weeks with some of these special processes.

We have found their quality to be outstanding, and also easy to weld for my staff internally, which is a sign of high quality materials without fillers.
