Not a good place to do you machining stuff. Not Efficient and pricey.

Needs to improve: They are not efficient. No one answer the calls and when you come over people leave you waiting.

Not positive. There are definitely better machine shops around with better pricing and expertise, who at least respond to quote requests.

Needs to improve: Never respond to quote requests, even though they seem hungry for business. Have a constant flux of employees who are not fully trained or an expert at the tasks they perform at this business.

Not a fan of their customer service. We were looking for a machine shop and came across Wightman. We decided not to consider them based on the non-comptetitve pricing and poor customer service reps.
