Strengths: Lots of lightduty and semi heavy duty tools and handtools. very very cheap prices.

Needs to improve: quality of products is not something that last! One use and done deal.

Frys is a great place whenever you need elctronics ata good price. Bought cameras and othe electronics from them for office use and had a hard time to return or exchange it. GOOD but not very good.

Strengths: Seemingly never ending choices and variety of products, competitive price and always has the latest and the greatest of different brands.

Needs to improve: Customer service is not the best, hard to return products

Keyence delivers great innovative products that can help improve the quality and the speed in production and inspection. They back it up with great technical and customer support. I just wish the price is not that sky high.

Strengths: Top notch and innovative products, in house and field expertise. Great technical and customer support.

Needs to improve: Hmmm...pricey special when you add the different options on their products.

Protocafe is a great vendor to work with. They provide great assistance and support when you need a rapid prototypes.

Strengths: Very friendly employees, in house expertise, can accomodate you even with small volume. great price.

Used vista print for marketing in real estate office. You can try some of their products for free. Order marketing materials from them with free shipping, Very satisfied with the quality of their materials and service.

Strengths: Very quick response. Almost unlimited choices of products and marketing materials. Quality and effective marketing materials. Very Efffective.

Needs to improve: Website is unfriendly sometimes.

Solidworks makes it happen for all the design and modelling u need. I go for solidworks all the time.

Strengths: Awesome software! Much easier to use than any other programs when it comes to 3D modelling. Never ending possibilities.

Needs to improve: $$$$$ per seat.

Kimtech provided most of the wipes and cleaning supplies needed in our cleanroom. Their products ensure the quality and cleanliness of the product we manufacture. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority.

Strengths: Products are standard in the industry. The selection and quality are top notch. Turn around is quick with great customer support and service.

Needs to improve: None

Westpak has been very reliable through the years, we did so many packaging and other testing with them. Never given us any hassle or problems.

Strengths: Great local expertise, very helpful and thorough with their testing. Reports and results are very concise and clear. Overall great company to work with.

Cole Palmer provided us the water bath heaters and temperature controllers we use for product and material testings. Very reliable not only their equpments but also the people behind that. Awesome!

Bought work bench, chairs and microscopes for CER use and gave us a great deal. Customer sercvice is wonderful and quality of product is awesome.

Strengths: Their price is very competitive, the sales rep is very helpful in showing the best option available for us. Great variety of products.

Costco has been supplying all our needs in the cafeteria from snack to plates to all other stuff. We have a regular supply of everything we need. Quality of food is awesome, produce is always fresh and never been late on delivery

Bought pressure and temperature gauges from them, the quality is unquestionable and top end. It comes with great technical support and customer service.

Bought tool boxes for the machine shop from LOWES and was amazed by the quality of their products and different selections, price is competitive and quality is top notch

Not very happy with my experience with them. Bought an expensive deskt top with them and broke down within months of normal use. Even after replacing the part that they said is the cause of the problem, it never solved it. End up trashing the expensive computer. Waste of hard earned $$$$.

Needs to improve: The price is top of the line too. Product that they ship me have problems after a few months.

Able to use them for biocompatabilty and sterilization testing. Their customer service is superb and their turn around time is just alright. You can even access your test results online.

UPS has been the go to guy for all the companies i've work for. Never had an issue with them. Always provided best service.

Strengths: Logistics Standard! Good quality people to work with and always do their best to provide good quality service. Best alternative to USPS.

Needs to improve: Can be pricey at times.

Been using microlumen for catheter balloon tubing and other shafts for catheter products for years. Very dependable and always provide high quality tubing even with tight tolerances.

Strengths: Very dependable when in comes to extrusioneering, good customer service, very good quality products.

Needs to improve: Longer lead time than the usual, a little bit pricey.

Used PMI for many many years, all the people that they send to do our calibrations are very very good, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Strengths: Good expertise on their field, great people on the field and great job all the time
