Agents and technicians use the Apple IPad on a daily basis in our company for communication and sending remote signals. Majority of the time the equipment is very reliable, but there are a few glitches when using remote functions.

Strengths: User friendly and durable.

Needs to improve: Communication is not always efficient.

Our company uses Staples products on a daily basis in and out of the office. When organizing data in the office or sending out information to our customers.

Strengths: Products are of great quality and very efficient.

Needs to improve: Product availability could be better.

When sending out final notices to our customers, Elmers adhesive always keeps our envelopes sealed tight. There has never been a time where customer info was lost due to pore packaging when sealed with Elmers.

Strengths: Efficient in sealing our envelopes and keeping customer information secure.

Needs to improve: None

I have had a good experience with Dell when using the monitors. Very user friendly and easy navigation.

Strengths: Reliable and durable equipment.

Needs to improve: Could use better accessories, ex: keyboard, mouse etc.

Exceptional service, never had any technical issues. I use Avaya on a daily basis when communicating with customers and have never experienced any technical issues. Always clear and of great quality.
