overall, met my needs in terms of price point and customer service and a fast turn around

Strengths: Excellent customer service, attention to detail and fast turn around when resolving an issue I had with a high volume copier that I recently purchased for the office. It simply would not power up upon delivery, I called immediately, and they were able to get a replacement copier within the following day, no questions asked. Excellent price as well

Needs to improve: Faulty product delivered , wish they would be more meticulous about their vendors inspecting huge high end electronic orders before shipping out.

Overall satisfactory, minor tolerable issues however their ability to deliver quality staff supersedes all aspects of their performance

Strengths: Fast turn around when I need to fill in a position, always delivers a fairly well qualified candidate for the position and close follow up and careful screening

Needs to improve: slight miscommunication with their staff, and certain times they are not on the same page which is totally understandable I am sure they have plenty of applicants to screen and tend to, nevertheless they do deliver quality candidates

I deal legal secretaries and they are very particular about their supplies, if I cannot find an item at one store, the staff is really good about promptly following up and ensuring they find the item in another store. Definitely a high display that they want to keep my business.

Needs to improve: slightly understaffed during peak hours but that can always be tweaked.

Overall satisfactory. Fast time customer service and will get you an answer on the spot or will find out and get back as opposed to other vendors taking your inquiry and never getting back to you. Their follow up is amazing. Never a disappointment when I deal with their staff.

Strengths: Always on point with their customer service and if you do not see a product or item that they used to stock they will inquire about it and let you know when they will be re-stocking that particular item and give an ETA. Follow up is excellent, Kudos

Needs to improve: None that I can think of. I deal with several clients and cater to corporate luncheons and symposiums and thus far Costco has met my every need in terms food items.

When mailing important documents I almost always use FedEx. They are ultra reliable and I trust them with my time sensitive documents. They can be pricey when shipping overnight.

I use Avis when on travel and I cant get what I need from my preferred car rental company. Avis cars are nice for the most part and the prices are competitive. Good place to rent a car but they could improve the rewards program.

I use them when I cant fly SWA. The prices are great and I love the seats on board. The planes run on time or the most part and the staff is friendly.

I am member of the rewards program and I use them often on travel. The cars are clean and new. The only issue I have is that they sometimes do not have the car I asked for.

I like taking southwest when on travel. they generally run on time and the prices are great. the rewards program is great as well.
