I usually use Enterprise anytime I need to rent a car. They have good customer service, good car selection, and are reliable when it comes to honoring reservations. I did notice that the cheapest prices come from 3rd party websites so you have to make an effort to find a good deal.

I love Costco. I use it mostly for personal shopping, but I have used it to buy office supplies and also to cater parties. They are reliable when ordering from the food court, and it's very economical compared to getting catering somewhere else.

Strengths: Excellent Value. Exceptional Customer Service.

Needs to improve: Inconsistent Product Offerings.

I use the Vi-Cell XR, and it's one of my most used instruments. It is reliable, accurate, and requires very little maintenance. The few times I've needed customer support, it was quick and efficient. The reagent packs are a bit expensive but there are no alternative vendors.

I have been using Applikon bioreactors for over 6 years, and I have been impressed by the evolution of the products. The 1010 and 1030 units tended to break often and were hard to use. I now use the EZ-controllers and those are much more reliable and easier to use. As far as support, the service techs are very knowledgeable but there aren't that many of them so sometimes it's hard to get quick service.

Strengths: Robust products with constant improvements to software and firmware.

Needs to improve: Customer support is a bit slow sometimes.

I've been using Invirtrogen products for over 5 years. I mainly use their media and other cell culture reagents. Aside from occasional back orders, I have been very happy with the consistency and reliability of their products.
