My company has a few of there function generators and they don't get much better than those

I use there oven all the time to put product through heat treatment before testing so see if heat will stress the product out. It works great and is accurate.

I've used there software for fixture design and product design and it works great

Needed an adhesive and they were the only company I could find to meet the specs we needed

I've been using Xerox machines for years and they don't get any better than this

We used to store devices at multiple location so when a hospital need another device for any reason they would deliver it for us on off hours or when we are to busy to do it our self.

Strengths: Great for when you don't want to deliver medical devices to a hospital on off hours.

They designed are box for us but since it wasn't designed by an engineer are product started breaking when shipped in the mail. Their are other places out there that do better job it just costs a little more.

Every time we have had a training seminar we have used Panera bread to cater it and it has always been great

I've used Autodesk products primarily cad and inventor and they have both worked out good for me. I've use them to develop test fixtures.

Strengths: Good software with a lot of features

Needs to improve: Difficult to navigate at times and very pricey

We bought a Direct Jet UV1024 which is a printer that can print on almost every type of surface which is great for R&D. The only issue is how much it needs to be serviced. I would recommend it for a manufacturing application but not so much for R&D unless you use it on a daily basis.

Bought a product from them and set-up a training session and they were just pushing us to buy another device instead of helping us understand the product we own better

I use the Lloyd LS1 almost everyday and its a great universal tester. I use it for everything break test, stiction test, compression test, drag test, and pull test. Can't go wrong having one of these in your R&D.

Had a sensor go bad they offered to do free troubleshooting and found it was just out of calibration. They were able to fix it and get it back to me fast.
