The head guy is an absolute nut about product quality. The prices are above average but that's the cost of being in the medical device world. They have some fancy measurement equipment and can manufacture some complex stuff. They have many different machining capabilities and can do prototype and high volume.

High level of experience and technical knowledge of nitinol tube manufacturing. Have visited their facility in Germany and was impressed with all aspects of the business. They have an excellent quality system and customer service. They are masters at their craft and best in class for nitinol tubing.

Strengths: Best in class nitinol tubing with the tightest tolerances available in the industry.

Excellent quality system, rarely have any issues with our products. Quick response from all levels of the business and great customer service. A best in class supplier for medical device.

We use them for machined components. A lot of the processing is done by 3rd party vendors who are managed by Vitaldyne. Sometimes this causes delays when trying to resolve issues. However, their team is dedicated to resolving problems and always responsive. Good level of quality.

We used MicroCenter to purchase video equipment for our lab. The store is small so it's easy to find things quickly and get out.

Strengths: Great prices, usually as cheap as Amazon or other online retailers. They always have specials advertised on their website. They also do product returns, no questions asked.

Needs to improve: Selection is decent, but could be better. Sometimes it is hard to get any help in the store.
