Easy to use
Strengths: Easy to set up a "store front"
Needs to improve: As a customer, amazon.com has great customer service. As a distributor, amazon.com's great customer service often comes at the expense of the distributor. They usually side with the customer in a dispute, so we end up eating any costs related to any dispute.

Can be lucrative if Costco decides to stock your product
Strengths: Bulk items, easy return, great customer service
Needs to improve: Does not pay the manufacturer/distributor for goods available at store until the products have been purchased. If goods are returned by the customer, Costco will send it back to the manufacturer/distributor for refund.

Good place to purchase smartphones on release date since most people are lined up at Best Buy, AT&T, or Verizon instead
Strengths: Many stores
Needs to improve: Product variety geared towards average consumer than electronic specialists
I set up a PayPal account for my online business and it's made credit card transactions a breeze. Customers are also more willing to purchase from the website since they have peace of mind using a trusted payment system.
