If ever we're short a receptionist or administrative assistant and need one the same day, we have had great success calling Manpower and requesting someone be sent over ASAP.

Strengths: Knowledgeable and personable recruiters.

Togo's is a great resource for a quick luncheon. They can have a sandwich platter made and ready for pick-up super quick. Their menu is diverse and the selection is large enough.

Strengths: They are quick and easy and on their menu is something sure to satisfy everyone in the group.

Needs to improve: Sometimes, if specific sandwiches are ordered, they are wrong. Not sure if the problem is with the person taking the order or the one(s) making the sandwiches.

Amazon.com is the website I use to compare prices on most things I'm buying. If I don't need something immediately, ordering it from Amazon.com gets the product to me in a couple days with the Prime membership, and saves me the hassle of lugging things around.

Strengths: Prime membership guarantees delivery of many items in 2-days, sometimes less.

If I need something delivered the next day, and it MUST be there, I would trust no other than FedEx.

Strengths: Speed. Drop off locations are seemingly everywhere.

Needs to improve: Expensive.

I am extremely satisfied with the Adobe Creative Suite. When it comes to photo editing and document creation, there is no other software I use.

Strengths: within the Creative Suite, you can edit, create and publish practically anything

Our company purchased the newest MS Office with a download link, but also chose to have the disks sent to us. We had to wait a while for the disks. It wasn't that big of a deal, since we had already downloaded and installed the software, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, Microsoft customer service has always excelled in the past.

Strengths: Microsoft is a tried-and-true product. Each new version of Office released is better than the last (after all of the glitches are worked out, of course). It can be used by those with little or no computer skills and has the tools to create advanced documents and databases. Many of our employees install MS Office and prefer Microsoft software even on their Apple machines.

Needs to improve: Not as simple as some of the other programs, the newest release seems a lot less intuitive than the last.

ADP is well known throughout many industries. If a company is going to outsource their payroll or HR, many of them use ADP.

Needs to improve: Our company has not used any competitor, so can not make any comparison. So far, we have no complaints regarding the services ADP provides to our company.

No problems with UPS as a courier, many times shipment is delivered before promised.
