Coastal is currently one of our vendors that we turn to for our spate component needs. We mainly order their potentiometers for our circuit board assemblies. These assemblies are eventually installed in our dialysis machines. The voltage on the potentiometers are adjustable to whatever voltage spec you need. Always a great product every once in awhile one will not work or it will stop working but it happens.

Neo-Tech is currently a vendor we sometimes turn to for our springs that are used for dialysis machine assemblies. We use a 1inch tension coil spring for our pump door assembly. Great product that really serves it's purpose. They can also custom manufacture you a spring to your specifications which is a plus. You really can't go wrong with them so go ahead and do business with them with confidence.

Strengths: Great supplier of wire springs.

We order our catheters from them on a regular. They are a local Bay Area company that can cater to your catheter needs. We are a dialysis machine manufacturer and we usually supply our clinics with the appropriate catheter sets needed for treatment. They are always shipped in individual sterilization packaging which is great. All around great product and easy people to work with.

Fralock provides us with our flex circuit heaters that we use in our dialysis machine assemblies. Just like any other component sometimes it may need replacement sometimes they do go bad. These heater circuits connect to our motherboards during assembly. It's a great component that you can use with confidence.

MC is one of our vendors that supplies us with our braided cables that are used in our dialysis machines. We use these cables to make connections from our mother boards to various components in our machine. Rarely do we ever have any problems with their cables they always are a plug and operate. They can supply you with everything from a 4 pin to a 16 pin assembly of various gauge sizes as well .

Strengths: We currently order our braided cable assemblies for our medical devices.

We currently use Southco's Tilt and Swivel Display Mount. It offers tilt and swivel functionality, allowing our displays to be tilted at various angles with minimal operating effort. Their mounts allow for precise display positioning once positioned, the display remains secure, without additional tightening or loosening. We use these mounts to secure our touchscreen monitors to or test benches that are used for data records and diagrams that we may need in order to complete a repair or build a new.

Parker is currently one of our vendors that supplies us with our pneumatic pressure valves that we use in our dialysis machines. Great components we trawl have any problems with them not functioning as they should. Our machine currently utilizes 16 valves that regulates and directs pressure to various components within the device. Great pricing on bulk orders as well in my opinion they are a very good company that offers a very good product.

ASCO is currently one of our top vendors when it comes to our pneumatic valve needs. Our dialysis machine currently utilizes 28 pressure valves and it is very important that we have quality dependable components in our devices and ASCO helps us achieve that.

We currently order our rubber mounts that we install on the bottom of our machines to reduce vibrations and noise when the unit is operating. Great simple product that really serves it's purpose. Great pricing on bulk orders you really can't go wrong with them.

Precision is one of the vendors that we turn to for our spring needs. We currently order our 1 inch springs from them for our hydrolic assemblies for our medical device. Always a good product never any issues. We also get great pricing because of the fact we order in bulk.

Mitutoyo has some of the best measuring tools in the business. We currently carry the Mitutoyo hand held micrometer calipers in our facility for both inspection and specification reasons. Very accurate and dependable but be carefull one drop on the floor could damage or knock your equipment out of calibration and these things are definetly not cheap. All around its a great tool to have.

Aeroflex is currently our supplier of our circuit card assemblies. We use these card assemblies in our dialysis machines. Always satisfied with their product we have never had any issues what so ever with their service or products. You can definitely do business with them with confidence.

Apple Rubber is one if the many vendors that we us to supply us with our rubber tubing sets that we use in our medical devices. They offer a very strong durable tubing sets that are responsible for our pressurized air and fluid transfer within our devices. In my opinion they offer great products.

Strengths: They supply us with our rubber hose sets.

When we were first looking for a vendor for our spring supply we went with Motion Dynamics. We were not to pleased with the quality or the price so needless to say they were one and done with us.

Strengths: They offer various size springs for all your needs.

We currently do a lot of business with this company. They currently supply us with our rubber O-rings that we use on our stepper motor assemblies. They are some very durable O-rings very strong and hold up very well which is important considering we are a medical device manufacturer.

Strengths: Great supplier of gaskets and rubber O rings.

We currently order our springs from Economy. We currently use a spring set in our pump door assemblies. These spring allow for the door to compress and depress when pressurized. They can also custom fabricate a spring set to your specific specifications as well which is always a plus. Great products in my opinion.

We currently order our rubber mount standoffs from Martech. We use these mounts in our compressor assemblies to help eliminate noise from the vibration of the air supply. Great product does what it's intended to do.

Strengths: They supply use with our rubber standoffs that we use for vibration control.

We are a medical device manufacturer who sometimes orders from Monoprice. We have ordered our 9 and 16 pin ribbon cable assemblies from them in the past. The quality was good but in my opinion I felt they were a little pricy for what we needed. I don't believe we have used their services in awhile.

We currently use Loctites silicon adhesives to help in the assembly of our medical devices. The only complaint that I have is this adhesive has a strong odor that literally hurts your nose so it is advised to use this in a well ventilated room. Other then that it's a good useful product.

Medline is one of the many vendors we use to order or sterilized nitrile gloves for our facility. Great gloves they hold up very well and they are strong they don't rip easily. Great prices to match their awesome products.
