We use Recall Corp storage to store our old data files and out dated equipment, etc.. A good warehouse for keeping old files and equipment and assuring we can retrieve our documentation history and equipment at a later time - a good piece of mind.

Strengths: A big storage facility, documentation, old-equipment, etc...

Needs to improve: They are so big that sometimes it takes a while to retrieve our items. Their documentation for identifying our items for storage is a bit old fashion - hand done instead of by the computer. I had to repack our initial crates about 4-times, to ensure everything was pack according to their procedures - nobody really had a good handle on this at our company - procedure issue.

We contract out Recall Corp for our document storage. We have a lot of paperwork and sensitive materials that we need to store long term. These documents can be requested at any time for up to 5 years since it was created. We have used them for a number of years, all of which have been reliable. Their process of collection, retrieval, disposal and storage process is awesome. They come as scheduled into our facilty weekly to collect and dispose our document. If needed they will give us what we need when we need it, if we need it. Highly recommended vendor who gets it.

Strengths: We contract with Recall Corp. for both our digital and paper document storage, they are a trustworthy and reliable company, we have not had any issues with them or their system of storage,they're flexible and we work well with them, whenever we've had to retrieve documents from their storage facilities, they made it easy for us, they respond quickly when we need their service, with competitive prices and quick turnarounds.

If needed we can retieve our documents easily and they are very accurate. Recall Corp know the importance of our sensitive documents in storage and are very responsive to our needs. Our firm contracts with Recall Corp for our document and equipment storage. We have a lot of older pieces of equipment that we may or may not use in the future in our assembly process so we have them stored by Recall Corp. Their process of collection, retrieval, disposal and storage process is seamless and totally fulfills our firms needs. Their service department is friendly and can get you answers really quickly. Our office used Recall for document storage services and we have not had any issues or problems with them. It is standard and we were able to retrieve documents when needed. We also had them store some of our digital data during a migration process. Their service was fine and the transaction went smoothly. They are a good vendor to use.
