I've bought calipers, printer ink, printing ribbon, reams of paper, and specialty cleaning supplies for our company through Amazon.

Strengths: One of the largest selections of products on the planet. With Amazon Prime, you can get 2-day shipping on a lot of items, along with other benefits.

Needs to improve: Not all sources for products have reliable shipping.

For the most part our company doesn't have any issues when ordering tools or something of that nature from Amazon. We shop around, will sometimes take the better deal on Amazon if its worth the risk.

Strengths: Can find most common things on Amazon

Needs to improve: Huge variety in quality, depends where it comes from

everything is awesome. need to find something negative to bring balance to the world before they get too powerful..... but its just too awesome a resource...

Strengths: Customer service, attentive.

Needs to improve: dynamic pricing. i wouldn't mind same day delivery for my amazon prime, but i suppose 2-day delivery is good enough for now

My favorite site to shop at. I purchase both personal and work things from them. I have purchased small rubber ttubing used for one of our test fixtures from them.

Strengths: They carry just about anything you can think of, at low price and quick delivery.

Needs to improve: Can't provide any expertise on anything sold.

We use Amazon all the time to buy equipment for our lab. We have purchesed digital multimeters, function generators, osciloscopes, microscopes, monitors and so much more. With Amazon, it is practially one stop shopping.

I'm able to research and find great products on Amazon that more often than not, have the lowest pricing available on all items of interest.

Strengths: I'm able to find everything I ever wanted at a great price with fast shipping.

Needs to improve: I have not found any weakness while doing business with Amazon.

Its great its like the Walmart of the internet without the people of Walmart. My tools are always in excellent condition when they arrive.

Strengths: They have everything. Can find named brands for cheap. They ship very quickly. Sometimes free shipping

Needs to improve: Having to deal with private sellers. Sometimes shipping can be expensive.

I have found critical components and material which would have otherwise taken weeks to source such as PEEK tubing, Polyimide tubing, PTFE shrink sleeve, kaput on, etc.

Strengths: Amazon's industrial site has an extensive offering of tubing, material, and hardware which has been of great help in expediting feasibility work.

Needs to improve: None.

The best online store to find anything you want

Strengths: You can find anything on Amazon from tooling to raw materials. We have found multiple parts via Amazon for multiple projects. Their prices are competitive.

Needs to improve: We were unable to qualify and certify some suppliers found amazon and had to look elsewhere.

We needed new stop watch for production work and was able to find what we needed here great service and quality

Strengths: They always have what you need to complete a job or task

Needs to improve: It's a great reference for supply site no real weakness except shipping and handling charges

We use Amazon as an online vendor, they have great prices and are a excellent online vendor, the only thing is that they have slow orders some times if something gets back ordered or just ends of a slow order.

If I have a hard time to go out to a store and not find what I want, I can always turned to Amazon. I shop through Amazon a lot and the site couldn't be any more user friendly.

My work uses amazon for those special tools we cant find in other places. I also use it at home. Have just about anything you want/need. Shipping is usually fast and return policy is good
