Love Amazon. Prime membership pays for itself; having supplies shipped to my door in one to to days has really saved me from making store runs when I'm in a workflow. I use their review sections to compare products. Their prices are as good as any.

Strengths: Two day shipping with Amazon Prime. Great pricing. Vast selection. Reviews section really helpful. Great customer service- I've always gotten a live person in less than a minute.

Needs to improve: None that stand out.

Great! Easy place to buy headphones for work or any other type of device for a cheap price. Amazon has a lot of potential and is a very reputable company.

Needs to improve: I think they have too much going on their site and it's easy to get lost and not find standard things that are related to your sale, account, etc.

Amazon.com is the website I use to compare prices on most things I'm buying. If I don't need something immediately, ordering it from Amazon.com gets the product to me in a couple days with the Prime membership, and saves me the hassle of lugging things around.

I thought their shipping could not get any better.. but now I've gotten things same day, on sundays.. it has been amazing.. The returns process is also super simplified. One time an item was assumed taken as it could not be accounted for.. they replaced it for free.

Strengths: Amazon has everything.. It has really become a one stop shop for almost anything

When all else fails we know we can rely on Amazon.com. If local stores don't have what we need, we just charge the card to Amazon and have whatever we order within 1 business week. This has to be one of the best .com sites out there. Highly recommend

Needs to improve: Huge surplus of inventory often makes it difficult to locate the needle in the haystack. On few occasions, products were not exactly as expected based on just pictures and average reviews.

We use Amazon to order all of our office supplies. They are fast and efficient. Shipping is always fast and reliable. Can't say enough good things about them.

Strengths: Amazon is a great place to get all of your office needs if you do not need them right away. After you order your shipment is usually sent out that day. Great service and great company

As purchasing all office supplies, foods and almost everything needed in our office via online, Amazon never fail us in terms of high quality of products and delivers it on time or ahead of time. What an exceptional service.

We purchase lots of toner for out printers. Often times the products are not what we want, and the return is simple and fast. Shipping is quick and either free or reasonable. Love the fact it's pretty much a one stop shop for all our needs.

We have experience very great experience with amazon.com. We usually order computers, smartphones and computer peripherals. They have great products as well as the quality and the durability of products. Fast transaction and they have good customer service. They are the supplier or company that we can really recommend.

I have purchased office supplies from Amazon due to their super fast delivery. I have always been able to find what I'm looking for, but sometimes their prices are much more higher than other office supply stores.

I order a lot of specialty food items through Amazon which are hard to locate locally. With Prime, the 2 day free shipping makes receiving the items quick and reliable... not to mention free.

Strengths: They have everything you can think of, and the prices are fairly good. If you have prime, the free 2 day shipping is awesome!

As an office administrator, Amazon is a blessing to have as a resource. They have just about anything you could think of as far as printers, monitors, paper, and the list goes on. I talked our manager into becoming Prime member so we can take advantage of the fast free shipping.

Every time I order from Amazon I am very satisfied. All of my items arrive before the scheduled time and I have never had any issues.

Needs to improve: As a customer, amazon.com has great customer service. As a distributor, amazon.com's great customer service often comes at the expense of the distributor. They usually side with the customer in a dispute, so we end up eating any costs related to any dispute.

Whenever I need to buy something, I pretty much check other vendors against Amazon.com prices to see if I'm getting a good deal or not. Can't beat the 2-day shipping though!
