Generally our online correspondence was always cordial.
They were relative prompt and accommodating.
The services I needed were generally pretty straight forward and they delivered the things I requested.

Strengths: Quick and efficient.
Convenient - if you are located near their office, they will pick up work orders for free and deliver them when they're done.

Needs to improve: I needed a more complicated job done and it was difficult to describe via email and the people seemed disinterested/unattentive when I went there physically to speak with them.

We contract Copymat to do the majority of our marketing materials. Customer service is great as their staff is always available to help us solve any issues. Quick ordering and accurate quotes with realistic lead times. We simply send over what we need done and pick up usually within a few days at the latest. Quality team and a great design product. Will continue to contract their serivices

Great copying service. They handle large volumes and can receive requests at all hours. They always deliver on time and we've had no issues.

Strengths: Reliable and always can deliver large volume orders on time. They are good with last minute requests and changes. We use them on a regular basis.

Needs to improve: More expensive but also more reliable. You know they'll get it right.

They're fast and flexible. They know what they're doing at Copymat and we haven't run into any issues that they weren't able to solve. Always have our prints on time.

Their copy staff is very good. They trouble shoot anything and everything. Super quick, super sharp. I love going there to get jobs done.
