D V Die Cutting Inc

DV Die has provided excellent manufacturing and engineering support on a project I have worked on them with. I have a very small, high volume part that required a painting finish. The design of the parts would have made them cost prohibitive to sub-contracting the paint job, but DV Die was able to work out an in-house solution, despite it being out of their normal realm of expertise. Their flexibility and support with this has been very appreciated

Needs to improve: Not an expert at all finishes (painting in particular is not something they usually do, but this is not typically expected of die cutters, so should probably not really be considered a weakness).

Our R&D department use D V Cutting Inc as a alternative source for our prototypes, due to low tool cost. We use them for our high precision capabilities on small medical components, die cutting for our prototyping projects. Their engineered assistance support very good and responsive. Their pricing is competitive, reliable service, quality, low tooling cost and great turn-around time. Their technical and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable when it comes to schooling us on the capabilities of die cutting. The other capabilities are as follows: CNC Milling & Turning, Pressure & Vacuum Forming, assembly and Screen printing.

We've only worked with D V Die Cutting one time, but they did a pretty good job. We were in need of a quick turn around after our usual source wasn't able to handle our last minute request. We had heard about DV but never used them. They were able to help us out and do it with flying colors. We are giving their work a bit of time to see how it lasts, but all indications are that they are pretty good. We will consider working more with them as we see the results of their first job. Thumbs up so far.

Our experience with D V Die Cutting was one of professionalism and timely completion. We decided to try out D V through some word of mouth and we are glad we went with them to manufacture some of our components. The products were very precise and met our specifications perfectly. We were initially a bit apprehensive to go with someone we were not familiar with but their staff was able to put us at ease. They were even able to finish our project faster than promised and we would definitely use this vendor in the future!

We contracted D V Die Cutting Inc for parts for our medical devices. They've been around a long time and have built a respectable reputation. They provided great custom work. The parts are high quality as expected from them. Customer service was easy to reach and always available to answer questions. We had no problems ordering from them. They kept us in constant contact and delivered our shipments on time. Overall we've had a great experience working with them. We will happily refer them to others.

An excellent and important vendor during the production process as they are able to work with small and large products for their die cutting services. We will continue to use them as a key vendor. Customer service is also fantastic as they are very attentive to our requirements and always deliver on time!

We reached out to DV Die to figure out how best to deal with a one of client request for surface finish. After speaking with other expensive powder coating services, DV offered us a more affordable alternative. Their expert staff presented various solutions and guided us towards the most efficient. Great work product, quality customer service and competitive pricing. Will do business with again.
