Excalibur is really your one stop shop - you are able to purchase, rental, repair and have items calibrated all in one location. this convenience was the main selling point for us to use Excalibur as our vendor. besides the convenience, they provide quality service and even their refurbished items are precisely reconditioned. their rental fees are extremely reasonable and have been the option we go with more than then purchase. we have also used their repair services for our machines and devices and have had very positive results. their staff members respond very quickly and most of our items are returned within a few days. highly convenient and great customer service

Our compnay has a lot of areas we use this company throughout our manufacturing, assembly, testing and data receiving processes we have for medical devices we produce our Company. So we use Excalibur Engineering Inc for the best products they provide such as refurbed electronic parts and components we use in our circuitry and electrical side of our assembly process to lab equipment. Also in our calibration process we use instruments, gauges, meters to help us produce the highest quality equipments.

They perform on site calibration for our company monthly. We have had a lot of quality issues with their documentation but they seem to be willing to put in the effort to improve.

My company contracts Excalibur when we need electrical calibration services. The team is extremely knowledgeable and keeps us updated throughout the process. We've worked with them for quite a while now and have always been satisfied with the end results. Customer service is top notch and always happy to offer insight. Results of the analysis was superb and turnaround is quick. Will definitely use them again.

Great calibration services. They were expedient, reliable, and provided timely certificates. They provide onsite calibration services which helps in a bind. Calibrations can be one of those nuisances that surprise you last minute, so having a dependable source like Excalibur was important. All calibrations come with certificates of calibrations traceable to NIST standards, so maintaining compliance to the quality system was easy.

Excalibur routinely calibrates our equipment in house. They cover everything imaginable and do it in as least invasive way as possible. Scheduling is a breeze and we never have any problems keeping our calibration dates current.
