What is there to say. They are as good as everyone else as far as getting stuff there on time. If you have a problem its feels like it is next to impossible to talk to a person.

Strengths: Global service. Excellent next day service

Needs to improve: Customer service is horrible when there is an issue. Hard to get a hold of a person

Fedex always give us the great service they provide good shipping rates that meets our budget.
Very knowlegeble staff making sure your product arrives safe and in perfect conditions.
Always on time and aslo you cab track your package online very reliable.

My firm always ships through FedEx! We have been for years now and if we ever ran into any problems the employees have always helped us fix the issue right away! They offer great quality shipping packaging for us at very fair prices!! My products always get shipped in a very safe fast manor!!

Whenever I need to get something somewhere fast, I rely on Fedex, It's the most reliable courier I've used and I feel my important documents are safe in their hands. Fedex also has excellent customer service. I just wish they were a bit cheaper, but you have to pay for quality.

Strengths: Ive used fedex to ship some office supplies I purchased online in the past. There shipping was very quick and efficient. Online tracking made it very easy to keep track of my package. They're customer service was great, very informational.

Needs to improve: Customer service sonetimes will leave you on hold for a little too long.

We use Fed Ex at our facility and they always show up on time and deliver the boxes they also come in the afternoon and pick up the boxes that we need to send out.

Strengths: Fed Ex is great for taking packages around town or on the other side of the United States. They also do international shipments too.

We are using Fedex Courier Services because it works great. They deliver the items on time and they have a good customer service. Very fast transaction and no delays in delivering the items. They handle the products very well, no damage when it arrives in our company.

we have been using FedEx for years when we need to ship out important documents over night and also with quality. all of our packages are treated with care and the price range is very reasonable. all of our shipments have arrived on schedule as well.

we send and receive over night package with our corporate office in Boston mass. on a regular basis with FedEx and they always deliver with quality care. they can come and pick your packages up and drop them off which makes it very convenient.

I have used FEDEX a few time to do last minute shipping and over night shipping of documents and they are always very reliable. their shipping is very efficient and affordable and their packages are extremely reliable and keep my documents safe.

I had a item stolen while being delivered and was reported delivered. I filed a report. And was left out of the loop. FEDex refunded other company who shipped my item back to me while ever informing me.

We use FedEx quit often in our company in many different departments. Whenever a shipment is sent out, whether its documentation, or medical parts/ instruments with FedEx we know our shipment is safe. Their customer service is friendly and they offer competitive pricing.

I've never have had any issues with Fedex, my packages always get delivered and never get lost. They're website makes it very easy to track packages anywhere in the world.

Strengths: We regularly use Fedex to ship documents to clients and our other business offices. The ability to track our shipments is very useful and practical and a good way for us to ensure our items get delivered. Fedex has always been reliable and the customer service is on point.

rarely run into issues using fedex. quality services and customer service. but i do believe this is one of the more expensive options to use in shipping even with business discounts. it's what you pay for the quality of services they provide
