Fedex

FedEx is one of the best freight courier industry, they deliver and pickup packages on time and handle with care. I use FedEx services for our shipment domestic and international.

Strengths: Parcels, on time,customer support and reliable service

Needs to improve: None.

Some of the shipment we have had been damaged and they reinbursed the cost but its still a problem

We use primarily FedEx, and occasionally UPS for our shipping. We are pleased with their convenient pick up times and deliveries. We see no need to utilize any other courier or shipping services.

All my packages have always arrived on time. I once had an issue and it was easy to call and speak with someone to help resolve it.

Customer service has not much patient to answer your questions and not friendly at least to me.

Strengths: The most reliable and on time carrier service for domestic.

Needs to improve: Never had a good experience with calling customer service.

They have quick and reliable service. We were able to have our important documents sent to our clients with no problem. They were able to receive their documents on time

Excellent service and the drivers are regulars who know our names.

Strengths: Very quick, with on-time delivery. We use this vendor to ship small spare parts to our clinics around the US.

FedEx is another great company we use for shipping and receiving office supplies. They are fast and reliable. They handle the packages with care, and the couriers are nice.

We use Fedex as one of our main shipping vendors and they are always on time.

Needs to improve: Tracking system is not as quick as UPS.

Strengths: On time tracking of shipments and drop-off available after office hours.

Needs to improve: Handling of shipments. We received some of our shipments with damage packaging specially those big shipments on a pallet.

When mailing important documents I almost always use FedEx. They are ultra reliable and I trust them with my time sensitive documents. They can be pricey when shipping overnight.

Experience has been good but some improvements can be made as to delivery procedures.

Needs to improve: At times, deliveries can be late causing backlogs, particularly afternoon deliveries.

You can send something just about anywhere in the world, but it’s going to cost you. At least you get to track it almost in real time. A plus!
