I left all my paperwork there for the next day pick up. The lady said will call me when it done but she didn't.
Strengths: Good customer service. I use my SanDisk USB but can't print by myself so I have to ask help.
The guy was helpful to finish my work
Needs to improve: There is a new lay out at this location so the time I need print my paperwork, the system was down so I have to drive to another location

I use Fed-Ex all the time to send out documents to clients. The service very dependable and reliable. I have never lost a package and I am easily able to track the package all the way to final delivery. They have a very convenient pick up service and many drop off locations at Fed-Ex Kinkos. They have very competitive shipping rates.
Strengths: National and international shipping, over night delivery, Saturday service, pick up service, easy package tracking, cost efective
Needs to improve: None
i run my own work a job and run another business on the side so most of my equipment i have shipped to my home and one of my my expensive shipments went missing because the left it on the door step with out getting a signature but over all they are a good company and i wouldnt want to judge them totally off one mistake

FedEx is such a great company to use whether if its for shipping, receiving or even just simple box supply. If you really need to get something somewhere fast, FedEx is the way to go! You can trust them to get your shipments to and back safe, and you really wont have to worry about where it is or how its doing! Fed Ex all the way!

FedEx is easier to use, and has more drop off locations than the competitors. They usually make things right if the equipment gets damaged.
Strengths: Most of the time, they're on time, and the packages arrive fine. Love the logo! Their perception in our Ventura location is great, friendly and professional.
Needs to improve: They're not consistent. Our TX location hates using FEDEX because their drivers are rude, and they just throw the boxes off the truck. Terrible service, and totally unprofessional!
Our company receives and ships products using Fedex. All I can say is this company is always on time and fast and easy to ship and to receive our materials and products. Great customer service and very detailed when it comes to what we need for them to do concerning our company products. Great shipping and receiving company it is.

We have used FedEx as an air delivery service for many of our products. FedEx is very good at shipping and is very fast and has generally great prices on their shipping and are very very good at fast air shipping. They will generally get a product that is perhaps going across the entire country to your company's footsteps within a few days, I highly recommend them.

Wonderful. Customer service is everything in courier business and they over delivered here. Great job Fedex!
Strengths: FedEx is our go to courier service. They have unbelievable delivery times ( can send package across country to arrive next morning!). Their website is also very easy to use, especially with a corporate account.
Needs to improve: Kinda pricey but they have quickest service. Price is justified as no cheaper alternative to send a package long distance in short order. No weaknesses really.
Unless you have the FedEx Call service, you won't get the best customer service. This service is reserve for companies that ship a lot of packages with them. If you are a mom and pop outfit you get the same service as the general population.
Strengths: The ability to get your shipment anywhere in the U.S. overnight.
Needs to improve: Dealing with customer service. Don't believe they are trained very well to deal with issues that come up.

Have exceed our expectations and made shipping hassle free
Strengths: We've used FedEx for our shipping needs when need to get a product over to our training location (which is all over the US) They are fast and efficient and handles our packages with care.
Needs to improve: Not much complaints here but the only thing is the wait time when calling in to speak to a rep. But most of the activities are done via web anyways.

We had to ship multiple packages to several locations. Labeling and drop off was straight forward. And we were able to have all the tracking numbers to send to our customers. Just a couple packages were 1-2 days late but considering the load, that was ok. The customer service rep was helpful and answered all our questions

My company uses Fedex for their services and reliability. We have never had issues with our deliveries and but their prices tend to be higher than the competition. One of the positives of fedex is that they typically can deliver at a later time. Their customer service is usually decent as well. I would always shop the prices for shipping, but FedEx is definitely reliable.

Our company has used FedEx for many years now. We have had very few issues with our deliveries, and have stayed with them even though they're prices are not the cheapest. My only complaint is that a couple times our boxes were delivered bent up, but the product inside was never damaged.

Needs to improve: A couple of times, our packages have arrived a little banged up.
I use Fedex for all of my next day deliveries. At times it can be rather expensive, especially when shipping first overnight (8:00 AM), but having this as an option makes it worth the addition charges. I feel that they can be trusted to deliver my packages safely and on-time. It is easy to track delivery status using the Fedex website.

They charge a lot, but that is to be expected. They did lose one of my shipments once, but their recovery team worked with me to locate it. I was reimbursed for the cost and they found it a week later. Their tracking is usually excellent, but it looks like it fell through that time.

Used FedEx to distribute medical device products using next day air to all locations in US and Canada. Also used their logistics services to import, control, and distribute next day, lot-controlled medical devices to hospitals throughout Europe. Very good overall service.
Strengths: Next day shipping to anywhere in the US and affiliated commercial distribution houses around the world
Needs to improve: Cost - but really good at negotiating with smaller companies
My department uses FedEx on a daily basis for local, domestic and international shipping. They have proven time and time again to be reliable and timely. The only knock is that their online tracking can be lagging at times but that said, it usually catches up in a few hours.
Strengths: Speed, timely service, cost effective and friendly.

My last experience was pretty fine. A few times before that the courier knocked once then left my package in my front yard. It could be just a bad employee, all companies have them but it seems like service is very iffy at times.
Strengths: Speed of service, cost effectiveness.
Needs to improve: Some of their employees just suck! Thrown packages and sometimes they only knock once!
my pharmacy has an account with fedex to return vendor items that were shipped to us which are excessive. we are able to automatically generate labels online with them and the stickers get emailed to us. we either drop off the items at fedex or have them picked up at the pharmacy. very convenient as we do this weekly

i buy allot of stuff from amazon and they ship through fedex so i get my packages in mint condition every time i even received my 50 inch flatscreen tv through fedex with no problems
