I wish it was less expensive to ship packages quickly, however the services are reasonable for their pricing.

Strengths: Quick and easy to mail packages

I use fed ex on a regular basis for personal use as well as business. They're great.

Strengths: Fast Service, Delivery confirmation, customer service.

Needs to improve: Sometime it can be a bit pricey.

Their tracking system is exceptional compared to all the other major shipping companies, but their prices continue to drop my jaw whenever I request a quote.

If I need something delivered the next day, and it MUST be there, I would trust no other than FedEx.

The important documents I sent thru FedEx arrived on time with any problem. They are a bit expensive though.
