Just wanted a support tech to get on a system I setup for some self assurance I was doing things the
right away. Within a day I had a time setup, call, webex, and a tech who knew it all!

Within an hour I was confirmed not to mention armed with a bit more knowledge and some tweaks I never would have found on my own.

The last time we did a SAN upgrade it took 5 days to properly get the data ported from one to the next. This year we spent not even an hour, with zero glitches during deploy. Fast, dedicated support was on hand in case we needed anything. Easy to use interface. We had been a LeftHand since the early 2000's. iX fit right in to our environment without a pause.

To build a storage server to keep our office running, the iXsystems team customized an excellent FreeNAS solution to fit our needs with patience and flexibility. The system build features thoughtfully chosen parts, and the promise of FreeNAS compatibility saves me time and trouble in making the most of the software stack. Thanks to Thomas and the crew standing with him, I am looking forward to an excellent machine!

I has been my pleasure to transition away from the large hardware vendors to iXsystems for various reasons.

First and foremost, they are a team of individuals that have always delivered beyond my expectations. Secondly, they openly support FreeBSD and other open source projects, which is unheard of from HP and Dell.

Finally, they use quality hardware and are capable of fielding technical questions about system specific details.

We've been very happy with our TrueNAS system. We have two ZFS file servers in our compute farm. One is more home grown and the other based on an iXsystem TrueNAS. We've had very good performance and reliability from the TrueNAS system. So much so that when we started having some mysterious performance issues with the home grown system we decided to migrate to a second TrueNAS system.

These guys are really good at what they do... I've been through the mill in trying to find a right fit solution for a client and unfortunately lost a lot of time and money in the process. After the initial call with ONE salesperson and ONE engineer, I feel like I've got the right fit that I can propose. Looks like the beginning of a beautiful relationship!

From our initial inquiry through to the delivery of ~$100K of storage, iXSystems has been a standout in the industry. The level of helpful knowledge of FreeNAS, TrueNAS, and ZFS have blown us away, and iXSystems has been instrumental in helping architect our new backend storage. The sales team offers no empty promises, and knows when to engage the engineering staff if/when technical questions arise.

We have been looking at iXSytems' offerings for certified FreeNAS servers. Dealing they have been extremely responsive in working with me to configure a great system within our budgetary constraints. The systems that they have quoted have more capacity, are well built and carry a good warranty. Fully preconfigured, ready to rock systems at price that is unimaginable from the other NAS vendors.

No run around marketing jargon, Kevin & Marty with iXsystems delivered a full write up quote to suite our specific needs literally within minutes after speaking with them. Additionally iXsystems offered a 30 day trial which sounds great, as we have application specific needs and we'll be able to see how this server actually preforms without needing to make a blind commitment.

I am so happy I contacted Kevin, Ruben and the others at iXsystems, even though it didn't end up with a new server this time. The friendly and helpful tone make such a big difference from every other vendor I have been in contact with, and that's quite a few in the 25-something-years I have been working with computers and datacom.

I contacted iXsystems with a request for an archiving solution and within the space of a few hours (time difference between Africa and America) Kevin and Ruben provided me with a complete solution that I can present to my client.

If this is the kind of pre-sales support iXsystems delivers, then the after sales support must surely be awesome as well.

My server motherboard is broken after years of use. Found knowledge article online saying they can replace MB under warranty for this type of issue. Went ahead contacted them and got my replacement in about 1.5 week. Process couldn't be more straightforward. A great company to deal with.

We wanted to use FreeNAS for a project at work. I was not aware that iXsystems also offers very decent hardware and support in the TrueNAS series. So I got in contact with them for quotes and I was very surprised to experience a highly professional and very friendly pre-sales support. Already looking forward to the next project with them.

I had to open my first support ticket with iXsystems today. This was after two hours of troubleshooting on my side and assuming I was looking at an RMA. Great customer support. The only reason it took three hours to resolve my issue was I had meetings to go to. iXsystems' hsupport organization has made me a [more] loyal customer.

Kevin and iXsystems has patiently worked with me to ensure that the systems I am ordering meet all of my requirements. I've had my iX box for about a year now. It does everything it was spec'ed out to do and more. The wonderful thing about these devices is their use of ZFS for the filesystem. It offers great reliability and even better speed using lower end hardware than would be required using any other storage tech.

I purchased my first FreeNAS/BSD-based system from iXsystems in October of 2013 and received great support from Kevin. He was knowledgeable, promt and helpful. He provided timely quotes and system configurations, and answered all of my questions. They shipped the serer promptly and kept us updated on shipping status. Good prices and service - highly recommended!
