I started using FreeNAS with DIY hardware last year. I was so impressed with the enterprise-worthy features and stability, that I decided to purchase certified FreeNAS hardware from Ixsystems for my next project. My experience with the technical sales rep was excellent. The rep was prompt, courteous, and helpful from beginning to end.

We came to iXsystems after struggling with performance on 4 different provider's NAS systems. The first system from them performed perfectly, and we're now on our 3rd! They have found an answer to all of our requirements, and never fail to respond with the fastest and best quote.

I was referred by a co-worker to approach iX Systems as he has used them in the past few years. I was in the market for a rack server and on a budget and they are willing to work with you to make it happen. Their account team is responsive, helpful and professional.

Although we didn't come to a contract yet (my small pet project is too small for what they offer), I'm very happy with the speed and handling of their customer service. Got several offers and options, a truly nice contact, so they definitely stay on my shortlist for future projects! :)

After filling out a request for information on iXsystems.com, I was quickly contacted by an account manager who was able to answer all of my questions. TrueNAS is an exceptional value when compared to other SAN/NAS solutions. It has all of the features you need and the a truly knowledgeable support staff. They actually know the product and are not simply reading flow charts to get to the next step like so many other support organizations.

We purchased 2 TrueNas Z30 systems with expansion shelves. ixSystems staff were extremely helpful and responsive, with excellent communication throughout the procurement process. The feature set vs price point of the TrueNas product is unmatched in the marketplace and is a perfect fit for our needs.

We have ordered a handful of servers from IX over the last year--mainly FreeNAS and pfSense machines. They are built well, and perform perfectly. The sales staff know exactly what you need and will actually find systems that cost less to do the job you need.

Kevin definitely cares about the customer. He's not like most salesmen who are out for the customer's wallet. I was very satisfied with his genuine recommendations that saved our company money and from getting something we don't need. I'm happy to recommend Kevin in the future.

Bought a server to replace an old iXsystems server that finally died (after > 6 years). Thomas is very helpful, knowledgeable and returns my emails very quickly. The server has been great so far - have put 5 VMs on with room for more!
