Our shop works with peterson precision for grinding services for custom parts we makes for high performance cars. Alot of the parts that we make require tight tolerances and we need a vendor that can supply us with products that not only have a tight tolerance, but to beable to do it in high volumes in a timely manner. Im glad to say that petersen precision has been able to fulfill our goals and requirements. Their customer staff is very knowledgaeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

They are a vendor that can machine small to medium size precision metal parts in production volume to meet the customers’ prints. They use CNC milling and turning, lapping and grinding, etc.. They specialize in exact controls over their manufacturing process that allows them to ship direct to the customers product lines by supply the correct paper work along with high quality products. Their engineering team does provide numerous solutions to improve part manufacturability along with reducing cost. By having the ability to develop special tooling or die design, they can cut down on delivery times, delays, and off-site maintenance.

Strengths: Our R&D department use Petersen Precision as a source for their prototypes. We mainly use them for our high precision small medical component machined parts for our prototyping projects. Their engineered assistance support very good and responsive. Their pricing is competitive and they have reliable services. Their quality is very good. Their technical and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Quotes are accurate and delivery is fast.

Peterson is the highest precision grinding shop that I have found after years of looking. They are more than helpful and will help to guide you to determine the level of precision that your project really requires rather than suggesting overkill. Highly recommended - I don't go anywhere else.

We use Peterson when when we need extremely precise parts. The staff does work with you to determine if you need tight tolerances to save on cost. But they can hit those tight tolerances none the less.

Peterson gound some hardened steel shaft to perfection. I thought my tolerances were tight, but Peterson had room to spare. Highly recommended.
