Staples offers printing services that are inexpensive, but their packaging was ineffective in protecting the product from damage during shipping. They replaced the product, but it seems like the error could've been easily avoided.

i have been in staples a few times and so far the employees are nice and friendly and are very helpful

Strengths: if you need a quick printing paper, ink, pen etc etc this is the store to go to.

Needs to improve: were good once every five times I've used their copy and print services. But most of their employees should get more training in troubleshooting the printer especially their plotter (I use to get blueprints printed here instead of kinko's since they don't have a 24-hour turn around)

Our office used Staples for office supplies. Paper, pens, note pads, sticky notes etc etc. They pretty much sell everything. We bought most of our needs through Staples. But some items were expensive vs other competitors, usually obscure items. But for any day to day supplies, Staples is a good choice. They deliver on time and we usually don't have any problems.

I deal with legal secretaries and they are very particular with the supplies that we provide for them and if I cannot find an item at staples, the staff "will" find me another location that has that item, definitely a high display that they want to keep my business and that they have done.

Needs to improve: understaffed with very few knowledgeable employees, there are a select few but they need 7-10 more of them

My experience with Staples has been good. I value their customer service and their wide product range.

Strengths: The strength of Staples is that they provide everything needed for last minute items needed for the office. We have a location walking distance from my company and I've occasionally made Staples runs to get something. They've always been very friendly and helpful when I'm looking for something in a rush.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Staples is that they don't do office deliveries for same day requests.

They have the best of supplies that you can rely on to help you do your job so much easier. Their customer service is helpful and friendly. Always ready to offer assistance in helping you get what you need.

Strengths: They have a wide selection of products for all your office supplies. We purchased a variety of supplies for our medical business such as pens, markers, paper, computers, ink etc. They always have what we need and their prices are pretty reasonable.

I have been using staples for years as a secondary source for all of my office supplies such as; pens, printing paper, folders, etc. and they always have a wide selection to choose from. their prices are extremely fair as well. we have a corporate account with staples so orders are always easy to purchase and also quick as well.

I use Staples in a pinch when I don't have time to order supplies online. Staples has a great selection of office supplies and things always seem to be in stock. It is expensive though. On occasion I have found some products marked down or on sale, but things like printer ink and paper seem to be priced at a premium.

my company orders the majority of our office supplies from printers, fax machines to paper, pens, post-its, etc. I do like that the stores as well as the online sites are easy to navigate, they have a large variety with different brands to choose from. however, they are not the cheapest option but we have continued our business with staples due to their customer service.

Needs to improve: It can get really busy during office hours. Sometimes, I have to wait awhile before I get serviced. I'm wondering if there's a capability to upload the work online.

Staples did our company's poster board for a seminar,they did excellent job in a very short time order, the turnaround time is quick and print quality is very good. They also do great job on our brochures, business cards, they always delivery on time,and brochures and cards are exactly we need.

They close earlier than other office supply stores like Walmart and Target. There was one time that I have to buy specific binder that I couldn't in Walmart and Target but possibly available in Staples. Unfortunately, I got there and they are already closing and does want to let me and another person in even after we beg.

Strengths: on time quality customer service. I deal legal secretaries and they are very particular about their supplies, if I cannot find an item at one store, the staff is really good about promptly following up and ensuring they find the item in another store. Definitely a high display that they want to keep my business.

Needs to improve: slightly understaffed during peak hours but that can always be tweaked.

We use lots of papers at work for our printing documents, we stack reams of different types of papers(colors and sizes). Most of the time we run out of supply and Staples is big quick turn around for me. They are closer and convenient place to go. They have friendly staff to help you on personal and office needs.

Strengths: Wide variety of products, they have everything from the basics to unique hard to find items. Staples employees are very knowledgeable of their products and matching their clients needs. Staples' website is very user friendly and has a nice "Comparison" feature so you can compare products you are debating between. Their shipping time is phenomenal.

I buy most of my office products from Staples and Staples.com. They even have specialized accounting ledgers and notepads. They have very competitive prices and have many convenient locations. I also use their reprographics services for printing sales and marketing brochures and office stationary.

We order from Staples on a weekly basis. We get all of our paper products, pens, pencils, white boards. markers...etc. We even stock our break room with coffee, sugar and creamer from Staples. They have great prices and they deliver.

Strengths: Staples sells all of the necessary office supplies including furniture and computer systems. They also have reproduction services and computer repair services as well.
