The selection is great but the majority of the employees are drones and have no knowledge beyond the cash register.

We get our supplies from staples. They have everything we need and want. And the prices are good too.

Strengths: This is a great store because its anywhere and every where. When you need pens or rulers and or paper its all there for you at your fingertips.

We had Staples print some brochures and posters for our company. They were relatively inexpensive, and came on time, however, their packaging wasn't very good and many posters were damaged. Staples did agree to replace the damaged product.

Our office usually goes to Staples to get office supplies because they have most everything we typically need on an average order. Their supplies are usually pretty good quality and last, which is why we keep going back.

The store is well stocked, i can always get what i need and the one time that they didn't have it in the store they ordered it for me and it arrived on time. Very good customer service.

We order all of our office supplies from Staples online. Delivery is fast and we always get what we ordered. Quality isn't always the best but that is reflected in the cheaper prices on their generic products.

For our business cards and poster needs, we chose Staples for their price and convenience of location. Thankfully, the quality of printing is good and done in a timely manner.

Good customer service. They will pick-up the supplies if you want to return wrong orders and replace it right away before they even pick-up the return items.

There are many competitors in this market (Office Depot, Office Max, Costco, etc.) so shop around and see which is best for you.

I ordered some office supplies and they came in about 2 days. I found great selection and the prices were great compared to competition.
