We go through a lot of office supplies and in dealing with the public things often "disappear" but Staples has a great selection of office products, decent pricing, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. They also have an easy reorder option which is quick and convenient way to reorder things you commonly order. Big time saver!

Overall I have a had fairly mediocre experience with staples. I have never been wowed with their customer service and when you are in the store there are hardly any employees to assist you.

Everything about the store was great. Great service, no crowding. It's just their prices that are the problem.

Strengths: Last week we just needed a new printer because the old one broke. The service was great, and the lady at the counter was very nice.

Used staples for brochures and posters. Used online design tools for entire layout and text/picture placement, and ordered everything without stepping foot into a store. Good pricing for low quantities.

Needs to improve: Shipping isn't their strong point - numerous shipments have arrived damaged - but they always replace them quickly.

Staples representatives are customer service driven, every time we interact with them they get us exactly what we need at our office. Their system is highly efficient and helps us to stay on top of our needs especially with printer ink for copy machines.

Use staples for office supplies and printing. Fair pricing for supplies, printing quality is great. Customer service could be a bit improved, printing service managers don't seem overly concerned with needs of clients, but the work got done on time, so can't complain too much. Lots of convenient locations.

I am in charge of ordering supplies for our office and I use staples for a lot of everyday items, paper, inks, pens, etc. Their online ordering is very easy and if you order enough he shipping is free. Their generic "staples" brand goods are of good quality.

Needs to improve: They can get pricey and i've compared their items to even things carried at major discount stores. If they want to stand out they need to offer quality items at an affordable price.

Great customer service. All staples employees are very knowledgeable of they're products in the store. They're in store products are available in very high quantity.

I use Staples for my high volume printing needs. They have very good service with fast turnaround and excellent prices. They quality may not be the best it is is good enough for what i need. having the local is a great time saver

We set up an account with Staples for all of our basic office needs: paper, binder clips, folders, etc. We have also utilized them for snacks and drinks which they offer through the website. We will continue using them. They offer a price-friendly list of supplies.

I have always been very please with there service. They prices tend to be a little higher then there competitors but is made up for with customer service.

I order online for supplies all the time for my company they are able to have all the things that needed and they are able to have it the next day delivered.

we have been using staples as a secondary office supplier for years and are always satisfied without their large inventory of office supplies. their price range is also very good and they are also local which makes for easy pickups

Staples has more of a professional atmosphere versus other retail/vendor stores

Strengths: Always very well stocked in the ink and battery department for all of our printers. Great deals on electronics and always ready to help customer service who has good knowledge about the products.

Staples is a great place to get all of the office supplies that you need. My company gets supplies by the bulks at this place. Printing paper, paper clips, pens, etc. Staples is the place to go!!

Having used Staples for a number of years, I have not had a bad interaction that made me want to leave. Their mail order service can be practical for the remote office.
