WESTPAK is a 3rd-party, independent test laboratory specializing in product and package testing. Most of the testing performed is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for various ASTM, ISTA, and IEC protocols. Our facilities are also certified by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) to perform transport-related tests.

Westpak provides exceptional service. I've used them for all of our packaging and transit testing. They provide detailed reports and have quick turns. Customer has all the answer s to any question that you may have regarding testing. These are the guys to use for testing for product.

Westpak has done a lot of accelerated aging, distribution testing and evaluation of our Tyvek/poly sterile barrier. Wil and Katie have been very flexible with their scheduling and have gone out of their way to make sure the testing was appropriate and went on schedule.

I've used them pretty much for each company I've worked at. They are super helpful and they really know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable about standards and testing methods.
Strengths: Excellent customer service and knowledge. Helpful to troubleshoot any issues that come up. Easy to work with. Great for transit/shipping testing.

We have been working for WESTPAK,Inc for a long time for our medical devices. They provide testing services and they really worked great ! We love the customer service they had and they really do the best for their customers.

Great consulting resource if you need help in developing packaging solutions.
Strengths: 1. Highly motivated and knowledgeable team. Understand the national standards.
2. Educate customers in developing packaging configurations per customers needs and requirements.
Needs to improve: Sometimes there is a long lead time for testing. I have been placed in que several times.
Westpak has been very reliable through the years, we did so many packaging and other testing with them. Never given us any hassle or problems.
Strengths: Great local expertise, very helpful and thorough with their testing. Reports and results are very concise and clear. Overall great company to work with.

If you know the dates for testing it is easy to schedule testing. Customer oriented group. Good place for all the packaging integrity testing requirements.
Strengths: Variety of tests, knowledge of test methods and requirements, consultation for test method development, provides good reports and supporting data, speed.

Professional staff that will provide its customers good information and helpful tips.
Strengths: Westpak Inc. provide their customers with accurate, reliable test data from properly calibrated validated and maintained equipment. We have used Westpak for accelerate aging testing. They provide excellent services detailed reports and have quick turnarounds.
Needs to improve: None
They have excellent customer service and they've traditionally delivered their reports earlier than promised. They did start a new policy where they won't schedule any tests until the product is in-house, so make sure to get them your product ASAP.

I use WestPak for Accelerated Age Testing, Medical Device Package Testing and Shipping and Distribution Testing. Their customer service is awesome. They produce reports often within hours of completing your testing.

We use westpac for package testig their employees are there to answer any questions and give you a detailed report

Used them to test prototype designs for drop, vibration and compression testing. Also have used them several times for distribution testing.
Strengths: Quick-Turnaround, In-house expertise, Customer Service.
Needs to improve: Can be hard to get testing scheduled at times.
They had exceptional customer service and everyone is receptive and responsive.
Strengths: Very efficient testing service for packaging testing needs. Their testing reports are detailed within a few days after tests are complete (on average 2 days, although they quote 5 business days).
Needs to improve: Price.
Good experience. Was able to bring over the crate for drop testing. They completed testing and had data available same day.
Strengths: They are very professional and timely. Do a very accurate and detailed job for drop testing

We use Westpak for our accelerated aging, packaging validation, etc. Their customer service team is pretty good about staying in contact with us, as it is important that we operate within narrow specifications.
