They have exceptional customer service that has expertise in suggesting a product to fit your needs. They always far exceed my expectations, and never under deliver.

Strengths: Their expertise in the product and the alternatives that they provide make them the best customer service I've ever had. The inventory and turnaround, and access to hard to find parts make them specialists in my view.

Needs to improve: None

My experience with Digikey has always been great. They've always done their best to get me what I need, and in a timely manner. They've always delivered their promise.

Strengths: Great resource, and good selection. Competitive pricing, and good alt parts.

My overall experience with VZW has been great, other than the fact they think they're the best so they cant treat their customers like crap. Other than that, they're a great phone company.

Strengths: They have the best network hands down. No one is on par with them.

Needs to improve: The phones that are offered, the plans are not attractive, and they throttle customers with unlimited data plans. They also have terrible customer service. Being a loyal customer of 10+ yrs, I asked for a better deal, or some kind of savings. They said we're the best, so we don't need to do that. My thought is if ATT ever beats them out on network coverage, I'm totally jumping ship. Terrible EGO. That's how the big car companies failed too... too big to fail.

Their offerings are probably the best, but their network is not. They totally under deliver on the network promises. There should be no where in LA County, that we do not get service.

Strengths: The fact that you can stream online with on a call, and the offers that they provide the customers are the best things about ATT. The roll over minutes program, every 2 yr upgrades, and customer service are excellent.

Needs to improve: The coverage is terrible. Of the 3 places I am the most, I don't get service. That's home, work, and the in-laws. It totally SUCKS!

Exceptional selection, but not always the best product.

Strengths: The wide selection and the preferred sellers are great. The options are superior to other sites.

Needs to improve: The pricing for shipping isnt always consistent. I wished they offer free shipping for all orders.

We have used their services for things we've need and they've all been great experiences.

Strengths: They're all over the place, and have great service. If they can't handle it, they are not afraid to recommend and alternative.

Needs to improve: None

They have more locations than some of the competitors, but when that doesn't matter, there is no way they stand out.

Strengths: Their selection is great and wide.

Needs to improve: Their costs are sometimes ridiculous, and usually the highest.

FedEx is easier to use, and has more drop off locations than the competitors. They usually make things right if the equipment gets damaged.

Strengths: Most of the time, they're on time, and the packages arrive fine. Love the logo! Their perception in our Ventura location is great, friendly and professional.

Needs to improve: They're not consistent. Our TX location hates using FEDEX because their drivers are rude, and they just throw the boxes off the truck. Terrible service, and totally unprofessional!

Panasonic met my expectations. They didn't go beyond their promise, or under deliver. There are a couple of competitors that exceeded my expectations.

Strengths: High quality, great name for electronics.

Needs to improve: Pricey, and bulky
