worst company ever i had to talk to so many people i actually learned peoples names i became one one of the guys with people i disliked

Strengths: att has a good speed internet but they don't follow there own contracts for example i had a contract with for 15 dollars a month and through out the year not once did i get to pay that it was always 25 the whole time i had to call and talk to people who promised me they would fix it, never happened and now im paying 50 a month because i have to. att is the worst

Needs to improve: there is no communication within there own walls

Their offerings are probably the best, but their network is not. They totally under deliver on the network promises. There should be no where in LA County, that we do not get service.

Strengths: The fact that you can stream online with on a call, and the offers that they provide the customers are the best things about ATT. The roll over minutes program, every 2 yr upgrades, and customer service are excellent.

Needs to improve: The coverage is terrible. Of the 3 places I am the most, I don't get service. That's home, work, and the in-laws. It totally SUCKS!

I always find out there are hidden and unnecessary data charges. ATT is somewhat deceiving, but after long hours of ultimatum, customers end up getting what they want. No need to leave this carrier for another.

Strengths: Never late on the latest gadgets (no pun intended) and will tempt you to sign up with them

Needs to improve: Too many unnecessary data charges! The only reason why people stick with this carrier is because they know how to negotiate and of course ATT doesn't want to lose customers

our company has att wireless and when we get problems their customer service just keeps on transferring us around. The data plans are really expensive compared to sprint or t-mobile. the bright sides are that the coverage is excellent in our area and their phones are great.

Needs to improve: customer service could be a lot better. data plans are way too expensive.

Overall AT&T is not my preferred cellular carrier. I recently switched to Verizon which has much better coverage. I had been an AT&T customer for over five years.

Strengths: Decent coverage (not as good as Verizon though).

Needs to improve: Their plans are expensive compared to some of the competitors. I've also had some trouble facetiming over their network.

I've been an ATT customer for over 15 years. I've had work phones from all the major carriers and ATT has been overall the most consistent when you factor in price, service, and product selection. Service could be better, but it's good enough and I still prefer ATT over its competitors.

Strengths: I can say their customer service is exceptional, their wireless is coverage is competitive, offers all kinds of telecommunication services

Needs to improve: The price is of their plans are expensive, there are areas where their signal is not clear or not even there even in the bay area.

My old contract was with ATT wireless and I switched to another provider because of calls dropping and lack of reception. But good overall

Strengths: A lot of locations. Great deals on phones and contracts. Good customer service.

Needs to improve: Reception issues. Internet speed tends to be slow at times

I like that AT&T gives you a home discount when your company gets cell phones for their employees.

Strengths: Our company provides wireless service for our employees. It’s nice upgrading with new phones when they are released. Customer Service is good..

Needs to improve: Certain area's don't always get the best service.

I am paying around $150 for 4 lines with only 2 lines having 2GB of data, no unlimited talk and text.

Strengths: Larger network, better signal

Needs to improve: Expensive and does not offer unlimited data.
