Strengths: Very knowledgeable sales rep who is also willing to go out of the way to be on site and present to new and young engineers. Also the ability to quickly get quotes from different sources

Needs to improve: Sometimes dealing with the middle man instead of the vendor directly can be troublesome and lead to miscommunications

Our R&D Lab purchases several times from this company. The nintinol wire and cp titanium wires are most useful. The titanium wire is best for the r&d engineers for new product development due to we offer this wire type in our micro coil line for neurology.

Needs to improve: MSI is small, which is great for customer service, but it can be difficult if the job is too big.

Jim is a great Manufactures Representative. When placing an order with his companies he follows up to insure the order is going smoothly and after receipt that the order was as requested.
