We've utilized their services for field studies, user interviews and competitive analysis, identifying key stakeholders, a distribution strategy and providing a risk analysis. The service they provided was excellent and thorough. Their report in the end was on point and helped us identify faults and positives in our business.

My company is small and we were fortunate enough to earn a substantial contact. It did not make sense to expand our facilities, but we also did not was to squander this opportunity. We reached out Starfish Medical to assist in the manufacture of medical devices based on our specifications. Not having worked with them before we were putting a high level of trust in them and they delivered with flying colors. Their speed wasn't the best, but they delivered in a reasonable time and with very high quality. We were so impressed that we decided to move some of our more establish products to them so we could focus on new prototypes. I've interacted with their customer service department and they have been great to work with. Always willing to work with us and answer our questions. Would highly recommend working with them.

We were bouncing around with various ideas of a new product, finally when we realized what we wanted we took it to starfish to design and manufacture it. The experience was amazing. They provided us with multiple prototypes for us to review, hate on or love. This actually made it harder for us because we loved them all. They are so innovative and offerent state of the art technology. They provided us with valuable advice and we enjoyed working with them throughout the process.

They are very knowledgeable, tech savvy and able to consult a design that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but very practical. As a result, we are repeat customers and that is probably the best validation for these guys out there.

Our firm sourced from Starfish Medical to design and manufacture medical devices for a client. The experience was fantastic. We have multiple prototypes that we wanted to design and Starfish was able to assist in many of the products. They are innovative and offer state of the art medical device technology.
