We use Oracle AGILE at work to manage and look-up customer BOM's, ECO's, Deviations, and release documents. It is very easy to use and have not had any issues using this software. It's always operational.

Strengths: Great company that offers great software tools. Ease of use. Quality product.

Needs to improve: Possibly cost but we don't have to buy it as it is one of the tools provided to us at work.

We've had some issues with one of our most used men's restroom and called upon Roto-Rooter both times and they responded quickly and fixed the issue within a day. Great customer service.

Strengths: Great service. Fast response. Very competitive. Friendly staff.

Needs to improve: None

We use Gorilla Glue at times here in the manufacturing floor for non-everyday applications and Gorilla glue never fails and always get the job done.

Strengths: Just apply a small portion and the desired application will get glued without and issues. Quality product. Competitively priced.

Needs to improve: It leaves residue

We use some of their parts in our customer box build products. Great quality.

Strengths: They manufacture great part that can be used in electronic devices. They custom make they component you need. Large selection

Needs to improve: Expensive

We order some fasteners for our shop floors from Western Fastener and they have been working great for us. No issues with the product and great customer service.

Strengths: Quality material and they have a variety of components. Friendly staff.

Needs to improve: I can't think of any.

We used Surmodics in my last medical device company for coating catheters. Product were made at a high quality and the turnaround time was good.

Strengths: They offer great service followed by great customer service. Expert in coating applications

Needs to improve: Price can be high but when building Medical devices, that is expected.

We use Stanley manuel screw drivers on our lines where torque drivers are not allowed. These tools work great and last a long time without having to replace. I would recommend Stanley tools.

Strengths: Good quality hand tools. Variety of items to choose from. Long lasting

Needs to improve: A lot of vendors out there that are cheaper.

We use label from San Jose Label and we are very happy with them.

Strengths: Good variety of labels. Blank or printed. Good customer service

Needs to improve: Quality of the label can be improved

We use Western Digital hard drives on some of our products and we hardly ever have any issues with them. They never fail at test and work well.

Strengths: They make great quality and reliable hard drives.

Needs to improve: I believe the price is a little too high but at the same time you're getting good product.

We use Sanyo Denki fans on a few of our products and they work really well. We hardly have and failures. Quality product

Strengths: Quality fans with great functionality and performance. Good customer service

I was in charge of ordering warehouse supplies for my last company as we were expanding. We had ordered pallet jacks from them in the past that were of good quality and lasted a long time. I called them directly and they offered me discounts for purchasing multiple items. Good customer service.

Strengths: Good source for shipping supplies. Good customer service. Fast turnaround. Also have good selection of warehouse items.

Needs to improve: Pricing. No physical stores.

Purchased a Tool set kit for my everyday use at work. Got it for a great deal and the variety of tools can be used for multiple applications

Strengths: Great variety of tools at a low prices. Local locations. Coupons available. Friendly staff

Needs to improve: Quality of tools can be improved depending on what you're buying. Need more locations

I use a sharpie pen on a daily basis and it works great. The ink lasts long and it doesn't dry.

Strengths: They have the best markers in the market. They also make great pens. Good quality and long lasting.

Needs to improve: Markers and pens can be messy at times and lose their fine points

At time I laminate pages at work and our Fellowes laminator gets the job done without any issues. Good product.

Strengths: Great laminators. Easy to use and will take all sheet sizes (different mils)

Needs to improve: Takes a while to heat up and get ready.

I go back and forth between using Solidworks and Autocad. For 3D modeing, Solidworks is the best choice around. Great for designing and modeling.

Strengths: Ease of use. Great for 3D modeling. You can design whatever you need.

Needs to improve: Cannot draw PCBA layouts. License is expensive.

We use United sheet metal for raw chassis for a lot of our customers and they go above and beyond to meet expectations. Great Vendor.

Strengths: They create custom sheet metal chassis. They have great customer service and provide quality product.

Needs to improve: None

We use Xpedx to pack some of our chassis and we recently made a change to the box and it seems like the quality changed a bit. We are working with their team to improve.

Strengths: Good customer service, they come down to the site whenever they are asked to do so. Flexible and reliable.

Needs to improve: The quality of the boxes can be improved. The color fades in the light.

I order a couple of digital clocks from Cole Parmer for our manufacturing floor and one of the items came broken. I contacted their customer service and the staff was extremely helpful in replacing and sending me a new one.

Strengths: Large selection of products for manufacturing. Leader in laboratory equipment. Exceptional customer service.

Needs to improve: Quality.

I order from Digi-key all the time and when the product is available, it ship here fast. They usually have what I need. Very good service.

Strengths: They offer a great variety of components, tools, and parts. Good customer service with low pricing.

Needs to improve: No local locations.

They usually carry supplies that others don't have. When searching for random items, Grainger usually will have and I can pick same day.

Strengths: They have a wide variety of supplies. Local locations that you can pickup same day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Needs to improve: Higher prices than competitors.
